Important Announcement

To all visitors to my website in the last several months: We have been experiencing difficulties accessing the host server for updates since early February.

Worse than that was an unresolved problem with several of the email forms on the site. As a result, we were not receiving email queries generated by the Booking Form until now. We are trying to reconstruct the lost information and call everyone who had left a message. I sincerely apologize if this delay has caused anyone difficulty or disappointment. If you wish to resubmit your query, please do so and I will contact you at the earliest opportunity.

I thank you for your patience. I'm not a techie kind of guy, just a fiddle player, and I value my friends and fans too much to toss this off lightly. Once again, if you've recently tried to get in touch with me using the Booking Form, please try again.

Best to you all,
Jim Graseck

Jim Graseck is known and loved by New Yorkers for his solo violin performances in venues ranging from Carnegie Hall to MTA subway platforms. A graduate of The Juilliard School, he has been soloist with orchestras in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina. His numerous television appearances include The Tonight Show, Prime Time Live, The Morning Show, and VH1's Behind the Music. Jim's film credits include "One True Thing," starring William Hurt and Meryl Streep.

It is clear that Graseck is a serious artist with something to say. At the same time, he has made great music and virtuoso performances accessible — virtually at arm's length — to anyone with the good luck to stumble onto him.

Here are standards that have endured because they epitomize the best of Broadway's traditions — great melodies, infectious rhythms and emotional punch.
